摘要
以中华猕猴桃79 2的叶柄为受体,根癌农杆菌(Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)IBA4404(pBI121)作介导菌,将叶柄与农杆菌共培后转移到含25μg/mL卡那霉素(Kan)的筛选培养基上筛选,初步获得了抗Kan的抗性苗。
The genetic transformation was conducted using Agrobacterium tumefaciens IBA4004(pBI 121)as the vector and the leaf stalk of Actinidia chinesis cv.792 as the acceptor.Then the leaf stalks of 792 were transferred onto the medium containing 25 μg/mL Kanamycin after cocultured with A.tumefaciens.Some Kanresistant plantlets were screened.
