逆境对应激犬激素及血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of adversity on content of hormone and physiological and biochemical index in plasma of stress dog

摘要 对 2 4只 1 8± 1 .2月龄毕格犬随机分为 4组 ,经桡静脉抽取对照血样后 ,分别置于 0℃的冰水混合物中 3 0 min,42℃干热环境中 3 0 min,跑步 60 min和饥饿 2 d等逆境刺激 ,并于各刺激后 1 0、2 0、3 0 min和停止刺激后 3 0、60、1 2 0 min分别抽取血样。用放射免疫法测定 (RIA)血浆中 ACTH、皮质醇、血管紧张素浓度和测试红细胞数、白细胞数等生理生化指标。结果表明冷、热、跑步、饥饿等刺激均可使犬 ACTH、皮质醇水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,冷、跑步、饥饿均可使血管紧张素明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )但热刺激后却明显下降 (P<0 .0 1 )。上述 4种刺激均使白细胞增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。以上结果显示 :这些激源刺激可使 ACTH和皮质醇显著上升 ,血管紧张素和血细胞数量改变 ,有利于提高机体对逆境的抵御能力 ,保证生命活动正常进行。 Beagle dogs were randomly distributed among 4 groups and they were put into the adversity with the cold environment (0℃) for half an hour, stay in the hot environment (42℃) for half an hour, run for an hour and hungry for two days respectively. Blood sampling from radial veins of the dogs at pre stress, at post stress 10,20,30 min and at stop stress 30,60,120 min respectively. ACTH, cortisol and Angiotensin in plasma of dogs were measured by RIA. The results showed that (1) the levels of ACTH and Cortisol in plasma increased signifcantly (P<0.01) after the stress of cold, hot, run and hungry. (2) The level of angiotensin in plasma increased highly (P<0.01) after the stress of the cold, run and hungry, but decreased strikingly (P<0.01) after the hot stress. (3) the stress of cold, hot, run and hungry made the white blood cell (WBC) increased (P<0.05). All these indicated that these stress might lift the levels of AVTH. Cortisol in plasma of dogs and change the physiological and biochemical index,so that increased the adapted ability in adversity and ensured the life active in order.
