摘要
在全人工控制条件下培育并达到成熟的史氏鲟雄鱼 ,人工摧情获得精液。本文介绍对精子生物学特性的观测结果 ,其中包括 :透视电镜下观察到的精子形态结构 ,精子快速泳动时间和寿命 ,精液的质量密度和精子密度 ,同时与野生雄鱼精子活力进行比较。
The seminal fluid was got from the mature male fish of culture Amur sturgeon.This paper expounds the biology characteristic of the spermatozoon including the spermatozoon number in per milliliter,continuing speedily move time,life and pattern under the electricity microscope.The spermatozoon vigour was compared to that from wild Amur sturgeon.
