摘要
通过对Ⅱ型喷油泵凸轮型结构特点和柱塞运动规律的研究,在说明柱塞预行程与供油提前角关系的基础上,通过试验分析了柱塞预行程对排放和发动机性能的影响,指出了预行程(供油正时、供油速率)调整的重要性。
Through the study of the structure characters ofⅡ-type injection pump cam shape and the moving principle of plunger,Based on the relationship of plunger pre-journey and fuel spray advance angle,this paper analyzed the effect of the plunger pre-journey on the emission by the mean of experi-ment.It shows the importance of adjusting on plunger pre-jouney.
