糖尿病人饮用牛奶的开发

摘要 本文研究了以生鲜牛奶为原料,对其进行适当营养强化和配比调整的适合糖尿病人饮用的乳制品。通过试验确定了产品配方、生产工艺。结果表明,产品安全,性能稳定,口感良好。 The special milk for diabetes patients is studied. This product is fortified with some nutritional additive, the nutrition proportion is regulated as well. The process and formula are determined by testing. The testing also shows that the product is safe to people, the quality is stable and the taste is good.
