植酸酶和纤维素复合酶合用对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳质量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Phytase and Cellulous Enzyme Preparations on the Egg Production Performance of Laying Hens and Eggshell Quality

摘要 本试验以正常营养水平饲粮为对照,研究在营养水平降低6%的低营养水平饲粮中,植酸酶和纤维素复合酶合用对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳质量和饲粮养分表观利用率的影响。试验设12个处理,处理1为不加酶的正常营养水平饲粮,处理2为不加酶的低营养水平饲粮,处理3添加200g/t植酸酶,处理4~处理12为纤维素复合酶(400g/t,200g/t,100g/t)和植酸酶(300g/t,200g/t,100g/t)的配合处理,试验用27周龄的海兰灰蛋鸡1728只,每处理4个重复,每重复36只蛋鸡。结果表明:在低营养水平的饲粮中植酸酶与纤维素复合酶合用具有协同作用,两者最适配合量为:每吨饲料添加植酸酶200g和400g纤维素复合酶。
