摘要
文章阐述了斩波调速原理,指出峰值电流的大小会影响元器件的寿命,所以有必要对瞬时电流的大小进行控制。通过讨论瞬时电流的变化规律,提出控制瞬时电流的基本思路。文章以实际电流采样为例,讨论了微机控制的GTO斩波调速电路图中各部分电路的作用,列出了电流控制的程序图及程序框图,最后还对电动车辆在瞬时电流微机控制下的司机操作运行过程作了说明。
It is pointed out, while expounding the principle of chopper speed variation, that the value of peak current can affect the service life of components and so it is necessary to control. After studying the law of variation for transient current, the author brings out the basic thought for its control. With the example of practical current samples, the paper describes the function of circuits in all sections consisted in the speed variation diagram of GTO chopper which is microcomputer controlled, showing the system diagram or block diagram for currcnt control. In the end, a description of the driving operation process for electrically-powered vehicle is given with its transient current controlled by microcomputer.
