摘要
本文概述了6K型电力机车空转、滑行保护的原理及动作值,作者通过对现行保护功能的剖析,认为该保护方案存在两大问题:一是在整个速度范围内均采用固定不变的保护动作值,造成高速时动作太灵敏,引起频繁撒砂;中、低速时动作迟缓,不能及时制止空转。二是采用先撤砂后减流的控制方法,这种预先长时间的大量撤砂,必然造成轮轨的加速磨耗。最后,提出了改善6K机车现行空转、滑行保护性能的可能途径。
The article describes the principle and the operating value of the wheel slip/slide protection of 6K electric locomotive. By analyzing the present protective functions, the author points out that there are two problems in this protection scheme. One is the adoption of the fixed operating value in the whole speed range, for it causes the results that the operation is too sensitive when the speed is high, so that the sanding is too frequent; and that the operation is too slow when the speed is medium or low, so that the wheel slip cannot be controlled. The other is the adoption of the control method of reducing the current after sanding. This prior long-time and large-amount sanding will surely result in the accelerated wear and tear of wheel and rail.PAt the end of the article the author points out the possible ways of improving the wheel slip/slide protective performances of 6K electric locomotive.
