摘要
富勒稀及其衍生物是良好的电子受体,可以增加导电聚合物的光电导性能。本文着重以C60为例,分别介绍了在导电聚合物中掺杂富勒稀形成的掺杂体系和二者形成的分层体系。在两个体系中,导电聚合物作为电子给体,C60作为电子受体,促进了激子的解离,提高了体系的感光灵敏度。同时,针对两个体系的不足之处,提出了相应的改进措施。
Fullerene and its derivation are very excellent electron acceptor, so they can improve the photoconductivity of the conducting polymer. In this paper, taking C60 for example,the doping system formed by doping C60 into the conducting polymer and the multilayer system are introduced. In these two systems, conducting polymer functions as an electron donor and the C60 functions as an electron acceptor, thus the photo induced charge separation and photosensitivity are enhanced. At the same time, the disadvantages of the two systems are expounded, and method for improvement is provided.
