摘要
目的 :对胃印戒细胞癌微血管形成进行免疫组化和超微结构观察 ,探讨胃印戒细胞癌浸润转移的生物学特征。方法 :对 5 3例胃印戒细胞癌的病理标本 ,进行CD34免疫组化检测及微血管密度 (MVD)测定 ,同时进行电镜超微结构观察。结果 :5 3例胃印戒细胞癌浸润区域组织CD34阳性 ,MVD值显著高于粘膜内癌 (P <0 0 1) ;超微结构显示 :印戒细胞癌组织中幼稚的微血管丰富 ,内皮细胞增生活跃 ,基底膜不完整。结论 :胃印戒细胞癌微血管形成具有高密度性 ,浸润的癌组织较原发癌灶血管程度活跃 ;新生血管化与浸润转移具有高度的一致性 ,是印戒癌细胞较早发生浸润转移的必要条件。
Objective:To observe the expression of ultrastructure and microvessel density (MVD) of the angiogenesis in the signet ring cell(SRC) carcinoma of stomach. Methods: 53 cases of SRC in stomach were detected with CD34 by using immunohistochemical mathod and MVD was counted, 6 cases were examined by electron microscopy (TEM). Results: The positive of CD34 and MVD was 65.74±15 68 in invasion SRC carcinoma, it is significantly higher than that the MVD 41.69±12.32 in mucosal (P<0.05). The ultrastructure of capillary show that angiogenesis grow actively. Conclusion: The expression of neovascularization was consistent with the invasion of SRC carcinoma. It is closely related to the characteristics of angiogenensis with invasion of SRC carcinoma.
