摘要
目的 :电镜观察疱疹病毒 (HV) ,为临床诊断提供形态学依据 ;并进一步研究人皮肤HV感染的组织病理变化及形态特征。方法 :应用透射电子显微镜观察新生儿皮肤活检组织超薄切片。结果 :表皮细胞、巨噬细胞、血管内皮细胞及神经纤维内均可观察到病毒颗粒 ,感染病毒的细胞有明显的形态学变化 ;成熟病毒颗粒直径约 15 0~16 0nm ,核衣壳直径约 10 0~ 110nm。核衣壳的核心可分为空心型、颗粒型和致密型三种 ;郎格罕细胞和巨噬细胞数量明显增加。结论 :HV可感染皮肤多种细胞及神经纤维 ;郎格罕细胞和巨噬细胞增生可能在限制病毒复制和阻止其扩散中起重要作用 ;
The skin infected by herps virus (HV) of a newborn baby was observed by transmission electron microscope for providing the diagnostic evidence and for investigating the ultrastructural changes. The results showed that HV were founded in the epidermal, endothelia, macrophage and nerve fiber. The HV was about 150~160nm in diameter and the diameter of the nucleocapsid was 100~110nm.There are increase in the quantity of langerhan’s cell and macrophage. The conclusion was that TEM examination was useful in the diagnosis of the viral diseases.
