摘要
旅游者在旅游活动中的饮食需求及其满足程度 ,已成为许多地方规划和发展旅游活动内容的重要组成部分。要使饮食旅游资源得到充分开发和利用 ,就必须对旅游者的餐饮服务心理需求及由此形成的饮食情结进行合理分析 ,才能有针对性地满足旅游者的饮食需要 。
The dietetic needs and the level of their satisfaction for the tourists during their touring activities has been an important component part of programming and developing touring activities in many areas. To make full use and development of the tourism resources it is necessary first to make a reasonable analysis on the psychological demand of the tourists for the service of food and beverage business and so formed emotional appeal for food. Only in this way can there be no mistaking how the dietetic needs of tourists are satisfied, and thus the well-known degree of a tourism business is enhanced.
