During the finishing of elastane-containing textiles, particular attention is paid to the pre-treatment of the goods. Removing all fibre preparations is the centre of attention, especially the removal of silicone lubricants from the surfaces of the elastane fibres. New processes are introduced which enable economically and ecologically effcient working in the field of finishing polyamide/elastane articles.
