世界范围内对针织物的需求正不断上涨。约有 70 %~ 80 %的针织物以筒状形式加工。而今 ,大多数的织物在喷射染色机中以浸染方式进行漂白和染色加工 ,但各种质量问题以及可能增加的加工成本 (约 10 %~ 15 % )促使加工工艺向平幅连续加工进行转变。机织物领域早在三十年前就已开发了这一工艺 ,平幅加工现已成为目前主要的机织物加工工艺。贝宁格 (Benninger)公司作为连续平幅加工设备的制造商 ,现已为针织物的加工引入了新概念。该工艺主要优势在于提高加工质量 ,减少因喷射加工产生疵病而造成的损失 ,并能减少约 10 %~ 15
The worldwide demand for knit goods is growing. Approximately 70%~80% of the knitted goods are in tubular form. Today most of the fabric is bleached and dye-processed by exhaust processing in jets. Various quality problems and approximately 10%~15% higher processing costs are enforcing a change towards open width continuous processing. This development occurred in the woven goods field 30 years ago. Today open width processing of woven goods is state-of-the-art. Benninger, as a supplier of machines for continuous open width processing, has developed new concepts for knitted goods. The main advantages are the improved quality, fewer losses due to defects from jet processing and approx. 10%~15% lower production costs.
