摘要
枪钻是一种广泛应用的孔加工刀具。生产中已经出现一些高效率的复杂型面枪钻钻尖 ;但是 ,需要建立它们的数学模型。这不仅是CNC加工和编程的前提 ,也是分析研究和提高钻尖性能的依据。本文根据选定的枪钻设计参数 ,导出平面型后刀面枪钻钻尖的数学模型。并编制可视化软件 ,生成钻尖的三维图形 ,作为这类枪钻钻尖几何设计的工具。
Gun drill is a kind of extensively used hole-machining tool. Quite a number of effective gun drill point with complex-faceted flanks are available in the market. Their mathematical modeling are needful, since they are not only indispensable for CNC machining and programming, but also imperative for investigating and improving the drill point performance. This paper describes the mathematical model derivation of gun drill point with planar flanks, for given sets of design parameters. In addition, visualized software, delivering 3D graphics of the drill point, is implemented. It provides a tool kit for geometric design of gun drill point. The validity of the design method and relevant software is verified by practical examples.
