Millikan Oil-Drop experiment is an effective method for small quantity of electric charge measuring in an electron. But, how to choose the oil-drop space position, time range, and data processing method are problems of primary importance. This paper reports our experiment result delivering a better measurement method with electric charge of an electron approaching the true value more closely.
