摘要
通过滑动轴承含间隙时的轴颈中心轨迹及油膜径向周向分力与轴承负栽之间的平衡,研究含运动副间隙的四杆机构的运动特点,探讨四杆机构主振动的区域及其成因,分析结果可以充分说明织机打纬机构的实测曲线。
In this paper, the kinematical characteristics of a 4-bar linkage with journal bearing clearance are studied by analyzing the trace of the journal center and also the balance between radial , tangential forces of oil film and the bearing load at the clearance joint. In addition, the zones of principal vibration as well as its causes of formation are studied, too. At the same time, the theoretical results can serve to verify the experimentally surveyed curves of an actual weaving loom beating-up linkage.
