Research on the measures against the anti-dumping for China′s export

讨论我国出口反倾销的现状和特点,剖析我国出口反倾销的国际和国内原因,并针对这些原因提出了宏观和微观对策.宏观方面要加快体制改革,加强对外宣传,规范出口秩序,建立出口反倾销保障体系,进一步改善出口结构,充分行使权力并利用WTO争端解决机制等;在微观方面,企业应积极应诉反倾销,适当调整出口策略,以质取胜,提高创汇水平和出口经济效益,实施多元化市场战略,加强WTO有关条款的研究与运用等.

This paper discusses the present situation and features of the antidumping for China′s export, analyses the causes of the antidumping for the export, proposes out some measures in the antidumping for the export. From the macroview point, we should accelerate the system reformation, do more publicity to the outside, make the export order smooth, establish the guarantee system for the export antidumping. Meanwhile, we should also make further improvement on the export construction and take advantage of the settlement mechanism. From the microview point, enterprises should deal with the antidumping actively within the law and adjust their export strategy, consider quality as the key to success so that they can earn more foreign exchange. In addition, we should carry out diverse marketing strategies and enforce the study and application of the relative regulations of the WTO.
