Application of MIS to educational administration and its improvement

在应用教务管理信息系统的基础上对其进行了改进,通过编制专门删除重复记录的通用程序、增设学生成绩的综合查询、子数据库自动建立及智能组合相关信息4种手段,使这一信息系统功能更完善,使用更方便,效率更高.

In this paper, the management information system of educational administration is improved on the basis of its application. In order to perfect its function, avail it easily and enhance its efficiency, the auther proposes four methods such as drawing up special and commonly used procedure to delete repeated records, establishing a new comprehensive inquiries about students′ results, building subroutine database automatically and constitute correlative information by intellectual power.
