The paper discusses the problem of improving students′ humane quality in university of science and engineering, points out university must do it from three aspects such as deepen the reform of higher education, create favourable conditions for growth of higher quality talent; strengthen the building of campus culture and produce a corresponding humane environment; lead university to social practice, keep selftraining.
