随着高科技信息时代的到来,劳动力需求方总是致力于管理技术的创新,而劳动力市场中高技能劳动力毕竟是少数,技能性失业问题越来越突出。解决技能性失业问题应着眼于微观方面,着重是完善人力投资制度,调整劳动力供求结构、技能结构、区域布局,有效解决农村剩余劳动力的转移。

The paper holds that with the advance of hitech information era, labor demanders are always trying to carry out the innovation on management technology, But the skill unemployment is of an increasingly serious problem as a result of the lack of highly skilled labors. To solve skill unemployment, we should pay attention to microaspect, perfecting manpower investment system, adjusting labor supply and demand, skill structure and area layout, and conducting effectively the diversion of surplus labors in the countryside.
