Influence of international capital flow on the economic development in Asian and Pacific regions

国际资本流动对亚太地区的经济发展既有积极作用,又有消极作用,一方面国际资本的大量流入从根本上解决了亚太地区经济发展中遇到的资金不足的问题,获得了许多先进的技术和科学的管理方法,促进了劳动生产率的提高和就业的扩大,增加了制成品的出口,使以出口为导向的外向型经济发展战略得以顺利实现,从而使亚太地区能够保持长期的经济增长。但另一方面,投机性的国际资本流动对亚太地区的经济发展极具破坏性。

International capital flow has both positive and negative influences on the economic development in Asian and Pacific regions. The great inflow of international capital has brought a radical remedy to the capital insufficiency and a great deal of advanced technologies and scientific management methods, and has promoted the increase of labour productivity, employment and finished product export, thus exportoriented outgoing economic development strategy has been well implemented to keep a longtermed economic growth in Asian and Pacific regions. But speculative international capital flow is destructive to the economy in these regions.
