摘要
对如何充分发挥高校院(系)党总支政治核心作用进行了探讨,提出了理解把握政治核心的内涵是重要前提,积极参与重要事项决策是基本途径,服从服务院(系)中心工作是主要内容,加强党组织的自身建设是关键的观点,并进行了论述。
How to give full play to the political key role of collegebased(or departmentbased) general Party branches is dealt with systematically, regarding the correct understanding of the intension of political key role as the guarantee, actively participating in the important decisionmaking as a major approach, serving the central tasks of college (or departments) as the main content, and Party building as the crucial point.
