任何一种经济体制都需要与之相契合的道德机制加以维护,道德建设的落足点在于塑造与经济发展相适应的道德人格,道德建设的目的是促使人们认识自身道德在建构社会道德体系中的地位和作用,增强责任感和使命感。健全的道德人格对提高社会效率,有效发挥市场机制作用,实现资源的最佳配置有重要的现实意义。

An economic system needs to be maintained by the morality in accordance with it. The basis of moral construction is to develop the moral quality suitable for economic development and its purpose is to promote people being aware of the role of themselves' morality in building the social moral system, thus strengthening themselves' sense of responsibility. A perfect moral quality has its important realistic significance for increasing social efficiency, giving full play to market mechanism and optimizing deployment of resources.
