摘要
随着办学规模扩大,学生学习成绩参差不齐乃至差距增大的现象日趋突出,而如何对待部份优秀学生的课题正凸现在教育工作者的面前。为此就重庆邮电学院在实施“面向大多数学生与因材施教相结合的教育教学原则”中对优秀学生实行特殊培养办法(以下简称“优生特培”)的理论依据、国内外主要情况比较、形成与发展进行了探讨。
With the expansion of college enrollment, more gap is found in students' academic performance. Then how to deal with those who are better in their academic performance remains a problem. Here is the report on how it has been practiced in Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications, in which the relevant theory is discussed, comparison is made of it is done home and abroad.
