一种新型的内燃机车恒功率微机控制系统的探讨

摘要 恒功率调节是电传动内燃机车控制的主要任务,本文针对东风_4型内燃机车联合调速器存在的问题,提出一种新型的恒功率微机控制方案,CPU选用微处理器8086,采用隔离放大器、功率场效应管及霍尔传感器等新型电子器件;同时,文章给出水阻负载的恒功率控制系统的数学模型,并且在250马力柴油发电机组上通过了水阻试验,试验表明,系统的动、静态性能取得了比较满意的结果。 Keeping the power of diesel engine constant is the main task of the control system of diesel electric locomotives. A new type of ccnstant power control system is proposed in response to the problems existing in the combincd speed governor in DF diesel-electric locomotive. With microprocessor 8086 being used as CPU, this system employs such advanced electrcnic devices as isolation amplifier, MOSFETs and Hall sensor. Mernwhile, the mathematical model of the control system under water resistance load is established. This system has becn tested on 250hp diesel engine generator set. The tests show that satisfactory results of the dynamic and static performances of the system have been achieved.
