摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法,对10种杀菌剂在500μg/g浓度下进行筛选,获得2种抑菌率达100%的杀菌剂———多菌灵原粉和50%扑海因。用平板稀释法和组织培养法获得11株生物菌株,其中4种抗性菌株对该菌有很好的抑制作用。本文为水稻小球菌核病药剂防治和生物防治提供一定的理论基础。
2 fungicides such as carbendazin and zprodione have the better control effects at 500 μg/g by adopting mycelium growth rate method. It is evident that 4 resistant strains can better inhibit the mycelium growth from 11 ones got by the plate dilute method and the tissue culture method.So,certain theory basis is provided for controlling Sclerotium oryzae with the fungicides and resistance strains.
