水稻小球菌核菌的杀菌剂及抗性菌株室内筛选的研究

Screening for Fungicides and Resistance Strains Against Sclerotium oryzae in Laboratory

采用菌丝生长速率法,对10种杀菌剂在500μg／g浓度下进行筛选,获得2种抑菌率达100%的杀菌剂———多菌灵原粉和50%扑海因。用平板稀释法和组织培养法获得11株生物菌株,其中4种抗性菌株对该菌有很好的抑制作用。本文为水稻小球菌核病药剂防治和生物防治提供一定的理论基础。

2 fungicides such as carbendazin and zprodione have the better control effects at 500 μg/g by adopting mycelium growth rate method. It is evident that 4 resistant strains can better inhibit the mycelium growth from 11 ones got by the plate dilute method and the tissue culture method.So,certain theory basis is provided for controlling Sclerotium oryzae with the fungicides and resistance strains.
