摘要
本文探讨了R6P高功率电池正极添加剂ZnO与MgO的使用特性,通过试验分析认为:在正极活性物质中添加少量的ZnO或MgO都可以调节电液酸度,减缓自放电,抑制电池气胀,提高贮存性能,但是MgO对提高开路电压均匀率及放电均匀率均优于ZnO,且MgO对提高放电容量及促进浆层糊化有独特的效果。作者提倡使用MgO,同时也指出测定pH值的调节度是必要的。这样便于指导生产。
The properties of the positive additives ZnO and MgO in R6P battery were studied. The experiments shewed that the electrolyte acidity could be regulated by adding small amount of ZnO or MgO and the self discharge and battery gassing could be reduced and the battery storage Performances were improved. MgO was better than ZnO in improving the homogeneity of the open circuit voltage and the discharge performance. Furthermore MgO has a unique effect on increasing the discharge capacity and gelatinizing the paste layer.
