工作抽样法在家具企业生产管理中的应用

Studies on Improving the Productivity of Furniture Enterprises by Work-sampling

运用工作抽样法对A家具企业生产现场的工人作业情况和设备作业情况做了大量的抽查,找出影响企业生产效率的原因,并且提出改进的方法;同时根据抽查结果确定A企业用于建立工时标准的宽放率。研究表明,家具企业在装卸、搬运、等待等活动中所花费时间的比例偏高,大大减少了有效工作时间,增加了设备闲置、空转的浪费。因此,重视在运送中浪费的时间和因操作所花去的非生产性时间对提高家具企业的生产率极为重要。

By using worksampling to furniture firm A and via sampling with busywork status of employees and equipments of producing spot respectively,the author found out the reasons of influences on productivity and puts forward some advices to improve it.The sampling results can help firm A to establish the time ration.The results indicated that,the time of load and unload,transiting and waiting in the course of production are possess a relative high ratio to the whole working hours so that the utilization of efficient working hours had been reduced greatly.The waste of unused and racing of equipments had been increased.Therefore,it is very important to improve productivity for furniture enterprise.
