梨配子体型自交不亲和性及其分子机理

Characterization and Molecular Mechanism of Gametophytic Selfincompatibility in Pears

综述了梨(Pyrus)配子体型自交不亲和性机理研究的一些进展,主要包括梨自交不亲和性的表现,雌蕊自交不亲和基因(S基因)的表达特性与克隆,S基因蛋白产物(S糖蛋白)的分离、特性鉴定,S糖蛋白的晶体结构与功能,梨S基因型的确定等方面的研究成果,并提出了梨自交不亲和性研究中尚待阐明的问题。

In this review,recent advances in mechanism of gametophytic self-incompatibility in Pears,including expression of self-incompatibility,specific expression and cloning of self-incompatibility genes(S-gene),purification and characteri-zation of the stylar protein(S-glycoprotein)of S-gene,crystallization and function of S-glycoprotein,estimation of S-geno-type are summarized.Some research trends for future work are suggested.
