摘要
试验研究了冀豆 7号和冀豆 10号 2个大豆品种的种子 30℃下抽真空密封贮存不同时间后与其生活力相应的生理生化指标的变化。结果表明 :随种子贮存时间的延长 ,发芽率、鲜芽重和脱氢酶活性降低 ,外渗量增加 ,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带减少 ;除鲜芽重骤然下降临界点和迁移率 Rf=0 .5 0的过氧化物酶谱带的明显减弱点与发芽率一致外 ,外渗量和脱氢酶活性的骤然下降临界点基本上早于发芽率。初步认为迁移率 Rf=0 .5 0的过氧化物酶谱带活性明显减弱点 (随后恢复 ) ,可以作为大豆种子生活力骤然下降临界点的生化标记。
The physiological and biochemical indexes of the soybean seeds were investigated after pretreatment with hermetically sealed and vacuumed storage for differential time under temperature of 30℃. The results are as follows:(1)The germination percentage(GP) and fresh bud weight(FBW)of the soybean seeds were decreased,the seed leakage(SL) was increased,the activity of dehydrogenase(AD)was declined and the number of certain dands of isozyme of peroxidase was decreased with prolongation of storge time.(2) The critical point of FBW and Rf=0.50 were the same as the critical point of GP, thd critical point of SL and AD was earlier than the critical point of GP. We can conclude that the critical point of Rf=0.50 may be used as the biochemical marker of the critical point in soybean seeds.
