解毒通络方促进脑缺血损伤后神经元突起再生的研究 被引量:32

STUDY ON JIEDU TONGLUO FANG IMPROVING REGENERATION OF NEURONAL PROTRUSION AFTER CEREBRAL ISCHEMIC DAMAGE

摘要 为了探讨解毒通络方促进神经元突起再生及其对生长相关蛋白合成的作用 ,本研究对 Wistar大鼠脑缺血损伤模型进行了形态计量学及相关生物因子表达特征的分析。结果显示 :脑缺血损伤导致海马 CA1 区神经元突起溃变、突起密度下降 ,2周时下降至最低点 ,模型组是假手术组的 61.7% ,治疗组是假手术组的 66.6% ,两组间有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;4周时突起密度呈复升趋势 ,但治疗组复升幅度显著高于模型组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;至术后 8周与假手术组差异已不显著 ,治疗组神经元胞体 GAP-4 3含量曲线显著左移 ,GAP-4 3的表达早于神经元突起密度的提高。结论 To explore the function of Jiedu Tongluo Fang improving regeneration of neuronal protrusion and its related structural protein synthesis, Wistar rat's cerebral ischemic damage model was used to have a analysis of structural metrology and expression feature of related bio-factor. The cerebral ischemic damage resulted in ulceration of neuronal protrusion and decrease of neuronal density in hippocampal CA 1 area, which by the 2nd week it reduced to the lowest,model group is 61.7% of pseudo-operation group,treatment group is 66.6% of pesudo-operation group, and there was a significant(P<0.05) difference between the two groups. By the 4th week, neuronal density presented re-increase trend,but in treatment group re-increase range was significantly(P<0.01) higher than in model group,and by the 8th week, compared with pesudo-operation group there was no significant difference. GAP-43 content curve of neuronal cytosome was significantly moved to the left in treatment group, and GAP-43 expression was earlier than the density increase of neuronal protrusion. The results show that Jiedu Tongluo Fang can effectively induce the synthesis of neuronal structural protein in process of recovery of cerebral damage,therefore it can improve the neuronal regeneration.
