摘要 实验探讨了脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)对小鼠心脏、肝脏和脑组织中的过氧化脂质(LPO)和脂褐素(Lf)生成的影响.结果表明,实验条件下所使用的脱氧核糖核酸可使小鼠体内过氧化脂质的生成明显减少,对脑和肝组织中脂褐素的生成有抑制效果. Possible antioxidative and antiaging effects of DNA supplementation to mice were studied.The contents of lipid peroxides and lipofuscin in liver,brain and heart of mice were all found reduced significantly when treated with DNA at experimental conditions.
