Study on the Structure of Political Ethics

政治伦理在结构上应当包括政治伦理理论、政治伦理规范和政治伦理美德三个要素。政治伦理理论是政治伦理的灵魂 ,它制约和统领着政治伦理规范的构建 ,其实质性内容即政治的道德价值目标 ;政治伦理规范是政治伦理的核心 ,它是政治伦理理论的现实化存在 ,又是政治人完善政治社会、完善自我政治人格的客观依据 ,它揭示了政治伦理的适用范围 ,其实质性内容即政治的道德义务 ;政治伦理美德是政治伦理的归宿 ,其实质性内容是政治的道德良心。

In terms of structure,political ethics should include such three elements as po- litical ethics theory,political ethics norm and political ethics virtue.Political ethics theory is the soul ofpolitical ethics in thatitconstrainsand controls the building ofpolitical ethics norms and its substantial contentis political morality goal;political ethics norm is the core of political ethics because itis notonly the practical manifestation of political ethics theory but also objective yardstick for political individual to perfectpolitical society as well as po- litical personality and itreveals the application range of political ethics,its substantial con- tent-political morality obligation;political ethics virtue is the end-result of political ethics and its substantial content is political morality conscience.
