Remolding of Small Farmer Ideology of Cadres in Cities

建国前后,在城市接管工作中,一些党的干部身上暴露出严重的小农意识,给城市工作和党的形象带来不良影响。这种情况引起党中央和毛泽东的关注。为此,中央采取一系列措施,在城市中进行大规模的思想教育和建党整干运动。这次运动既具有重要的历史意义,也为新时期的党建工作积累了宝贵经验。

Around the period of the foundation of P.R.C., the small farmer ideology of some cadres was exposed in the work of taking over cities, which caused negative effect on both city work and the party's reputation. This issue caught attention of Mao Zedong and the CCPC. The central leader's adopted a series measures to solve this problem. Therefore, a largescale movement of thought education and cadre troops reorganization was conducted. This movement was of great historic significance and accumulated experience for the work of construction of the Party at the present.
