This paper makes an analysis into distorted industrial structure in China's Mainland and in Taiwan as a result of the high cost of goods transportation involved in the three indirect links across Taiwan Straits,and concludes that three direct links across Taiwan Straits are sure to exert great influences upon their respective industrial structures and bring in prosperity for the two.The paper then goes on to present a series of structural principles for the three direct links across Taiwan Straits.
