法治社会的形成与道德地位的变化

The Formation of the Society under the Rule of Law and the Change of the Standing of Ethics

法治社会的发源地是市民社会 ,市民社会里孕育的市场经济、民主政治及民众文化等因素在东西方以不同的途径和方式催生了法治社会。在法治社会的形成过程中 ,道德的性质随着社会基础的变化发生了对位偏差 ,道德地位在德治主义传统文化的视野里也相对降低。在加强社会主义道德建设过程中 ,要正视这种变化 ,并立足于法治 。

The society under the rule of law originated from the citizen socity.Its emergence was hastened in different ways in the East and West by factors,like market economy,democratic politics and mass culture,to which the citizen society gave birth.In its formation,homologous deviation has taken place in the nature of ethics with the change of social basis,and the standing of ethics has lowered in the traditional culture governed by virtue.In strengthening socialist ethics in China,the rule of virtue can be realized when we face the change and base ourselves on the rule of law.
