中介组织在农业产业化发展过程中曾起过很大作用 ,有效地改善了农户与企业主体和政府之间不对称地位的状况。随着产业化的深入发展和市场经济的完善 ,中介组织暴露出了自身的不足 ,根据市场的需要和产业化要求 ,对现有的中介组织和“三农”服务职能部门进行企业化改造 ,实现中介组织的市场化是加速我国农业产业化发展的客观要求。
