摘要
设计是建设项目投资控制的关键阶段 ,工程设计是否科学直接影响到合理使用建设资金。
Designing is a critical stage which influences the investment control of a construction project. Whether an engineering design is scientific or not will have a direct influence on the reasonable use of constructional funds, reduction of construction costs as well as the investment interest.
