“文革”时期至上世纪末工资改革的回顾

摘要 文革时期 ,一部分职工的低工资有所调高 ;70年代后期至 80年代 ,由国家控制企业的工资总额 ,对工资分配实行政企不分的行政干预 ;上世纪末期 ,我国开始出现协议工资制、谈判工资制、年薪制等多种形式的工资分配方式。工资制度改革在不断深入 ,薪酬革命必将到来。 During the Cultural Revolution period some of the employees'rather low salary increased slightly. From the 1970s to the 1980s,the total amount of salary was under the control of the government and its distribution was under the national administrative interference.At the end of the last century,various forms of salary distribution started to appear,including salary contract system,salary negotiation system and annual income system.With the deepening of the reform,new forms of salary distribution are sure to come.
