浅析我国的利率自由化问题

利率是一项重要经济指标 ,对经济活动起导向作用。而在我国长期计划经济体制下 ,利率受到严格管制 ,不能反映资金的供求 ,现行利率制度存在许多急待解决的弊端 ,随着市场经济的推进 ,这一问题日益突现 ,成为经济发展的桎梏 ,推行利率自由化势在必行。同时应该认识到利率自由化的实行必须具备相应的前提条件 ,这又决定是一个长远的过程 ,必须循序渐进 ,稳步发展。

Interest rate is a very important economic index and it can direct the economic activities.During China's long-term planned economy,interest rate was strictly controlled by the central bank.It did not indicate the demand and supply of fund.The current interest rate system bears many demerits which should be urgently dealt with. With the development of the market economy,this problem becomes increasingly prominent and even becomes a hindrance of the ecomomic development. Consequently it is indispensable to implement freadom of interest rate.At the same time,we should be aware that its implementation must own relevant presuppositions and advance gradually and steadily since it is doomed to be a long process.
