人力资源开发是企业人力资源管理的核心之一。结合舒尔茨等的人力资本理论 ,尝试对人力资源开发作全新的诠释。并以此为基础 ,以“大人才观”
Human resources development (HRD)is one of the cores of human resources management (HRM) for enterprises.Combined with “human capital theory”of Schultz,this article tries to offer a totally new view of HRD.And from the “viewpoint of big talents”,this article also discusses the relevant problems concerning the human resources development in migration and mobitity for employees among enterprises.
