二级监控电镀混合废水处理装置

Mixed plating effluent treatment assembly with two-stage pH monitoring System.

本文提出了一套电镀混合废水的处理工艺及处理装置。采用二级pH监控,泵前管内加药,除了手动阀以外,还配备了粗调和细调二只电磁阀,以进行自动精细的 pH 调控。用 NaOH 作沉淀剂、用 SH-88作高效凝聚剂。采用回流式斜板沉淀池,进水口呈倒锥形,高速水流进入偏心进水口旋转后喷出,带动沉淀池内的水缓慢旋转,不但省去一台搅拌器,而且有利于颗粒碰撞变大而沉降。从沉淀内溢出的水抽至聚乙烯过滤器,此处设置第二级 pH 监控。过滤后的水,一半回用于镀前处理,另一半经四级阶梯形曝气后排放。本装置经实际投入使用,效果良好。

An assembly and its process for treatment of mixed plating effluent are presented.In the assembly two- stage pH monitoring system is adopted and chemicals are added into the pipeline before the pump.In addition to manual valves,two solenoid valves are fitted,one for coarse adjustment and the other for fine ad- justment,to ensure automatic fine adjustment of pit value.NaOH is used as precipitant and SH-88 as high effective coagulant.Reverse flow type inclined plate depositing reservoir has its internal space shaped like inverted cone.High speed water flow is fed into the eccentric inlet,jetted out swirling and drives the water in precipitating reservoir swirling slowly,which helps particles to collide with each other,become larger ones and settle down more easily,Water overflowed from the reservoir is pumped to a PE filter,where the secondary pH monitoring system is mounted.After filtration,half is reused in pretreatment,the rest discharged after four steps aeration.The assembly has been put into use and proved satisfactory.
