管辖混乱是我国民事审判实践中长期存在的疑难问题。文章首先分析了造成管辖混乱现象的各种“手段”和表现形式 ,接着对导致各级人民法院争抢案源的深层原因进行了深入的分析。最后 ,文章着重对克服管辖无序现象的对策提出了作者的建议 。

The disorder in jurisdiction is one of the confused issues existing long in the practice of the civil trial in China. This article is to probe into various 'tricks' by which the disorder in jurisdiction is caused and the forms hereof, and hereupon to analyse the inner reasons for the wrangle in which the people's courts of each level are get involved. The focus of this article is on the suggestions put forward by the author dealing with this disorder of jurisdiction, holding that countermeasures on jurisdiction system and the court system shall be taken to root up the disorder and confusion in civil jurisdiction.
