摘要
我国现行知识创新体系的特点———高校与科研院所并置———的形成有其历史原因和观念上的偏差 ,要消除现行知识创新体系存在的弊端和由此引发的主要问题 ,必须加大知识创新体系改革力度 。
The feature of the existing Knowledge Innovation System of our country is that universities and science research institutes develop in parallel, which is formed by reasons of both history and conceptional faults. To eliminate the disadvantages of the existing Knowledge Innovation System and the main problems resulting from it, we must strengthen the reform of the existing system and build up a new one.
