摘要
利用CN^-对碱性介质中Ni^(2+)催化MnO_4^-分解反应的二次催化作用,提出了一种测定微量氰化物的分光光度法。Ni^(2+)一次催化及Ni^(2+)-CN^-双重催化分解体系的吸光度之差与CN^-浓度在一定范围内成正比,该浓度范围为0~6.0μg CN^-/mL;方法的检测限为0.05μg CN^-/mL。
A kinetic photometric determination of trace amount of cyanides by means of secondary catalysis of CN^- for decomposition reaction of MnO_4^- catalyzed by Ni^(2+) in alkaline medium is presented. Difference of absorbance between decomposition systems of Ni^(2+) primary catalysis and Ni^(2+)-CN^- double one is between 0-6.0μg CN-/mL, with 0.05μg CN^-/mL as testing limit.
