摘要
本文从漆前处理、挂具挂装、漆料配制、喷漆施工、烘烤干燥等五个方面具体叙述了在自行车车圈、车把、连体轴、牙盘的镀铬层上成功施以仿金喷漆的工艺过程,获得独特高雅的闪佥装饰色彩,色彩变化区间宽,结合力好,施工方便,一次合格率可达95％以上,具有良好的工艺可靠性与质量稳定性。
Technological process of imitation gold painting over such Cr plated parts of bicycle as rim, handle, onepiece crank and chain wheel is described concretely in pretreatment, rack loading, formulation, application and drying ,resulting in wide-range decorative golden color, unique, elegant and shining, with products up to standard on first run up to>95%.
