国际法的输入是中国外交史上的一件大事,它对于晚清外交产生了十分重要的积极作用:它适应了当时中国对外交知识的渴求,改变了晚清官员不悉西例的状况,促进了中国近代外交体制的确立和近代外交观念的产生,极大推动了中国走向世界的进程。

The introduction of the International Law was of great importance in China's diplomacy, but also had caused active effects on the diplomacy of late Qing dynasty .It geared to the requirement to the diplomatic knowledge, improved the innocence to the Western laws of the officials' in late Qing, promoted the establishment of the China's modern diplomatic system and the modern diplomatic idea .It pushed the process of the internationalization greatly.
