摘要
本文叙述了以铬渣为原料,包括用亚硫酸盐、SO_2、水合肼等作还原剂处理含铬电镀废水形成的铬渣和鞣革铬渣,生产铬酸盐产品的原理和工艺。生产性试验表明,工艺路线可行,经济与社会效益明显。
This paper describes the principle and technological process of manufacturing chromate using Cr-containing sludge as its raw material, including sludge from tannage and that from treatment of Cr-containing plating effluent with such reducing agent as sulfite, SO_2 and hydrazine hydrate. The trial shows that the technological process is practicable with pronounced economic and social benefits.
