破产撤销权法律制度在企业破产领域广泛地发挥着作用。对撤销行为发生期间和撤销权行使期间加以限制的必要性和可行性加以探讨 ,运用比较研究法 ,得出结论 :对可以撤销行为发生期间以及撤销权行使期间进行限制 。

The law system of the revocable rights in the bankrupt has great effect on the field of the bankruptcy. By the comparative method this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of exerting restricts on the period of time of the revocable rights when the revocation accurs and demonstrates that it is necessary to do so to improve the bankruptcy law.
